Install in a few steps

1. Open this page on your Android phone and tap Download native Android APK.
2. Open the downloaded file. If Android asks, allow your browser or Files app to install unknown apps, then tap Install.
3. Open Yard Manage. Enter the server address below and tap Connect.
4. Sign in using your existing Yard Manage account.

Using the app

Use Equipment to find assets and record changes. Reports opens Android's save dialog so you can choose where to keep each Excel workbook.

Use the Overview, Equipment, Activity, and More tabs. Customers, tasks and yard notes, reports, equipment types, location settings, account management, and equipment administration are in More, based on your account role. Equipment records include customer check-ins, offsite tracking and 509 sections.

Already using version 2.1? Open the app to receive the required update. Using version 1.0 or 2.0? Install the latest APK over it once to enable mandatory in-app updates. Your server address is retained.

After this upgrade, the app checks for updates at startup, when returning to the app, and while it is open. Required updates download inside the app and open Android's installer. Allow Yard Manage to install updates when Android asks, then confirm the installation.

The app stays locked if an update is canceled, installation permission is denied, or the current version cannot be verified. There is no skip-update option.

A live connection to the server is required. A private yard server needs yard Wi-Fi or your established VPN; cellular access requires a reachable server address. Changes are not queued offline.
